通过F维CFD数值模拟软件ANSYS-CFX模拟优化4种波纹板式换热器,计算区域为1-1程的三流道板式换热 器包括进出口段和倒流区段。数值计算结果表明,步= 60°的新型板式换热器比0=60°的人字形板式换热器的努塞尔 数高约15% ,摩擦阻力系数低约10%,综合性能提高约20% ,其中波纹比例系数为3 : 1的板片的综合性能最优。 |
