采用实验测量与数值模拟相结合的方法对PSC型旋风管内气相流动的三维流场进行了研究。结果表明,用雷 诺应力湍流模型对场的模拟计算与五孔球探针的测量结果基本相符,二者均证实PSC型旋风管内带有开缝结构 的导流锥和排尘锥能够实现有效的气固两相流动控制,改善流动分布状态,有利于分离性能的提高。 |

Abstract: |
The gas flow in the PSC type cyclone tube was studied by experimental measurement and numerical simulation. The results show that the simulation result based on the Reynolds stress turbulent model is in good agreement with the measured result probed by the five orifice Pi tot-tube. It was shown that the effective gas-solid flow control in the cyclone tube was realized by the slots on the exit tube and the dust discharge cone, which was helpful in changing the flow characteristics and improving the performance of the cyclone tube. |
