Stability analysis of neutral cellular neural networks

Abstract:
The stability of neutral cellular neural networks was studied based on linear matrix inequality technique. A sufficient condition and a necessary condition were derived to assure that the zero-solution of the system is stable. The simulation result shows the validity of the presented algorithm, which is less conservative than that of Y. M. ZHANG et al.
