| There are many filling and entrapping stages of petroleum to reservoirs in Mosuowan area, and oil that anteriorly fills lo reservoirs is badly biodegraded and oil that laterly iills to reservoirs is well preserved，so the geochemical characteristic of oil has combined characteristics of normal and biodegraded oil，and the study on oil migration is not so easy. According tu discussing the relationship between mature and migfation of hydrocarbon, a model that can be applied iri Mosuowan arc；a was developed. And on the basis of analyzing oil geochemical characteristics and a large number of migration parameters，the characteristics of oil migration were explored. The results show that the theory of chromatographic effect cannot be applied veiy well in the research of oil tnigration because of the mixture of normal and bindegraded oil.
