Abstract: |
Hie traditional pipeline leakage detecting method such as negalive pressure wave detecting method requirea a strong real time ability, and often cannot diagnose the leakage due to failing to catch the leakage signal in time. Acoustic e-raission technique as a ripe nondestmclive detecting technique can catch the leakage signal continuously according to the acoustic emission signal between the fluid and the leakage hole, and i& of most advantage in theory of detection. The acoustic emission technique was used in pipeline leakage detection by the laboratory research. The time-frequcncy attribute of the leakage acoustic emission signal was analyzed. The results show that main energy of leakage signal concentrates at 140 -160 kHz. With the increase of leakage distance, considerable energy attenuation comes out at 200 kHz, The results verifies the feasibility of using acoustic emiB&ion technique in pipeline leakage detection, |
