Study on inhibition mechanism of a new kind of corrosion inhibitor of phosphine-methyl-acidamide used in oil-field sewage

Abstract:
By using the polarization experiment, static weight loss experiment and Auger electron spectrum, the elecbnchera-ical and adsorption inhibition mechanism of a new kind of corrosion inhibitor of phosphine-methyl-acidamide used in oil-field sewage was studied. The electrochemical experiment results manife&t lhal the product is a mixed-type corrosion inhibitor. The adsorption thermodynamics experiment makes clear lhat the product is an adsorptive^type corrosion inhibitor and the corrosion daia are fitted to EL-Awady adsorption isotherm. The results show that the corrosion inhibition effect of phosphine-methyl-aci-damide is much better than lhat of corrosion inliibitor of acidamide and tetrdiydroglyoxaline.
