Experiment on air regeneration reaction kinetics of ferrous citrate

Abstract:
An investigation on air regeneration reaction kinetics of ferrous citrate was carried out through experiment using a bubble tower. The mathematical model of the air oxidation ferrous citrate was established and the rate constant for the reaction was obtained. The experimental results indicate that the air regeneration reaction of ferrous citrate appeares to be a second order irreversible reaction, and air oxygenation regeneration agrees well with the calculation value of the mathematical model. The reliability of mathematical model is verified.
