| Effect of structures of ionic liquids on extractive desulfurization of diesel fuel |

| Five kinds ionic liquids were synthesized by the well-established procedures. The effects of ionic liquids structures on selectivity of sulfur compounds and the extractive desulfurization result for model and typical diesel fuel were studied by dissolubility testing of thiophene and other compounds in ionic liquids with different structures. The results show that [OcPy ] [ BF4 ] is good extraction absorbent in desulfurization of diesel fuel, which displays high selectivity toward thiophene. |
