Abstract:
Aimed at the incorrect cognition of stratum shapes near wellbore after the high-pressure gravel packing and the neglect of the compaction of bottom-hole stratum in the firac-packing mathematical model available, the relations were given based on the Mohr-Coulomb criterion and the basic theory of piain-strain axisymmetric problem. The relations are between the radius of compacted zone and such parameters as the stress-field, the strain-field, the displacement field and other parameters near wellbore of unconsolidated sandstone during the high-pressure squeezing. The examples were presented to analyze the effects of internal friction angle and Young's modulus on the squeeze packing result of unconsolidated sandstone. The results show that the internal friction angle of the rock body and the average plastic volumetric strain have considerable influence on the results of high-pressure squeezing with the same pump pressure, while the influence of Young's modulus on the results is small.
