Multi-source information acquisition method of long-distance pipeline

Abstract:
The rapid and real-time acquisition of multi-source information plays an important role in the leakage detection of long-distance pipeline. Two important data exchange models of DDE and OPC were introduced and their differences were briefly described. OPC was a main method of multi-source information acquisition with its successful application in the long-distance pipeline. The client development of multi-source information real-time acquisition was presented using RSLinx/OPC with C + + Builder. Field application results show that this method of multi-source information acquisition based on OPC is stable and reliable. Its sampling frequency of 32 Hz is much higher than that of SCADA of 1 -2 Hz. This method has a good effect.
