Abstract:
Fluctuation characteristics of pressure gradient for gas-oil-water three-phase flow were experimentally investigated by use of pressure sensors in the horizontal stainless steel pipe with the inner diameter of 50 mm and the length of 40 m. From the view of flow regime, the influences of input water cut in liquid, gas superficial velocity and liquid superficial velocity on pressure gradient were analyzed. The results show that input water cut of phase inversion in three-phase flow was about 40% , which was lower than that in oil-water two-phase flow ( about 60% ) ? For gas-oil-water three-phase flow, water cut for point of phase inversion was related to gas superficial velocity, liquid superficial velocity and input water cut in liquid< Lockhart & MartineUi two-phase model could predict oil-gas-water three-phase pressure gradient of AN 0/W flow regime.
