Abstract:
The effects of petroleum sulfonate, polymer and salinity on the oil-water interfacial shear viscosity of modeling crude oil treated with alkali were investigated. And orthogonal test was curried out to analyze the effect of each factor on the oil-water interfacial shear viscosity when the three factors exist together. The results show that the petroleum sulfonate decreases and the polymer increases the oil-water interfaciai shear viscosity of the modeling crude oil. The reduce of salinity can make oil-water interfaciai shear viscosity increase, and the effect of salinity is much less than that of polymer. Moreover, when the three factors exist together, polymer is the most prominent influence factor and the salinity and petroleum sulfonate are inapparent influence factors.
