Abstract:
Shengli and Middle-east crude oil were refined in the first and third atmospheric distillation unit separately and the corrosion is serious. The corrosion rate on the top of the atmospheric distillation tower was measured using electric resistance probe. The sulfur value, salt value, salt value after desalt, acid value in crude oil and iron ion value in product container were monitored every one or two month. Grey correlation analysis was carried on by grey system theory. The absolute, relative and synthetic degree of incidence were calculated. The computational solution and the reason of corrosion were analyzed. The main factor related to the corrosion is acid value on the first atmospheric distillation unit, but the main factor is salt value after desalt in crudes for the third atmospheric distillation unit.
