Matching research of electric submersible pump unit about downhole oil water separation system

Abstract:
Downhole oil water separation technique has both good economical and environmental benefits. The system structure and working process were introduced. At present, the downhole oil water separation system is still on the experimental stage. The downhole oil water separation system is difficult to realize lifting and injecting. According to the difference of the water receptivity, the matching method was studied using the choke installed after the overflow port and underflow port of hydrocyclone. The downhole parameters can be adjusted through the ground survey data. The results show that the study provides good technical assistance to the matching of electric pump unit in the downhole oil water separation system,and promotes the popularization and application of the downhole oil water separation technique.
