Abstract:
An anti coking oxide film was prepared on the 35Cr45Ni alloy surface by selective oxidation under H2 H2O mixture. The oxide film composition and phase structure were analyzed by EDS and XRD. The adhesion condition between the oxide film and the substrate was analyzed by scratch test. The anti coking ability of the film was investigated by coking experiments and the surface morphology of the specimen was analyzed by SEM after coking. The results show that the surface Fe and Cr content decreases after the oxidation treatment. The oxide film is composed of Cr2O3 and MnCr2O4. The critical loads of the oxide film formed at temperature 800,0, 1000 ℃ were 9.75,5.55,1.6 N respectively, and the anti coking ratios reach 81%, 93%, 56% respectively. The oxide film can inhibit catalytic filament coke formation effectively.
