Combined oil displacement system and field test of rhamnolipid

Abstract:
The bio-surfactant flooding technology was researched. The field test for rhamnolipid combined displacement system was carried out in Pubeisan fault block of No. 7 Oil Production Plant of Daqing OilHeld. The results show that rhamnolipid combined dispiacement system with low and wide effective concentration (0.125%-1.0% ) can reduce interfanial tension with oil and water in Pubei to the order of magnitude of 10"2 rnN/m. Injection of 0.5 FP( pore volume) of rhamnolipid combined displacement system in natural core simulating reservoir permeability can increase the oil recovery efficiency by 7.9% ~ 9. 3% compared with water flooding. Dtuing 13 months of field test, the cumulative incremental oil amounts to 2 014 t, with an average of 224 t for individual well. Daily oil production increases from 1. 5 t/d to 1.85 l/d, average water cut decreases by 1. 5% t and input-output ratio is 1 : 2.4.
