Abstract:
According to the visual micro-flooding experiment, the oil displacement efficiency of the polymer solution with different mass concentration and the glycerin solution with different viscosity flooding and different types of residual oil after water flooding were studied, and the contribution of elasticity of polymer solution to displacement efficiency was contrasted and analyzed. The results show that with the same viscosity, the oil displacement efficiency of polymer solution is higher than that of glycerin solution on the dead ends residual oil, filmed residual oil, mottled and cluster residual oil. The differentials of the oil displacement efficiency are resulted from the elasticity of the polymer solution. With the mass concentration of polymer solution increasing, the oil displacement efficiency increases, and the contribution of elasticity of polymer solution is about 40%.
