Abstract: |
A genetir engineering bacteria ZH2()was reconslructed by transforming genomic DNA from a colloid thirsty bacterium to a paraffin ihirsly bartprium for enhancing biodegradation of paraffin and colloid. The hio logical c ha rac tens lies of Zliz(l and its etlecl on cincle oil at high temperature were evaluated. The results show that the biological characteristics of ZH,0 are analogous to the recipienl bacterium-the paraffin thirsty bacterium. ZH20 is stable at 75 X., acid or alkali stable at a pH range of 4-10, and NaCl stable at a concentration of 12. 5%. The genetic engineering bacteria ZH2o inherits both paraffin thirsty and colloid thiTSly chamct^rislics, and it can simultaneously and effeolively reduce freezing point and viscosity of crude oil. |
