Abstract:
In order to improve the rock-breaking efficiency of deep well, a new high-speed rotary impact drilling assembly mode combine with high-speed rotating PDM and percussion drilling tool was proposed. The dynamic fracture process of rock under different working conditions of single PDC tooth was studied by numerical simulation and the filed test was carried out. The results show that during rotary impact drilling, the depth of the PDC eats into the rock decreases as rotary speed increases, the forward resistance increases. The fluctuation is more severe, and the rock breaking efficiency increases. Also the bit rotation speedis improved by the self-oscillation high-speed rotary drilling technology, which is combined with PDM and self-oscillation rotary drilling tool. And the eating depth of the PDC teeth is improved compared to the single PDM drilling.
