Abstract:
The influence of extraction temperature, solvent-oil ratio and extraction time on extracted oil yields and aromatics mass fraction were analyzed by three factors and three levels of orthorhombic method with Daqing FCC slurry as feedstock and N,N-dimethylformamide as solvent. The regressive model of extracted oil yields and aromatics mass fraction to temperature, time and solvent-oil ratio were established. The analysis of response surface method shows that temperature and solvent-oil ratio have significant effect on extraction results. And there is interaction between them when FCC slurry separated by single-solvent extraction, but the effect of time is not obvious. The model analysis shows that the optimal conditions for FCC slurry separation by DMF are 61.3 ℃ of temperature, 3.3 of solvent-oil ratio and 35 min of time. The prediction results are in good agreement with the verification test.
